JEANSTRACK guarantees delivery of the order to the carrier on the same day for all orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM (Spanish time), provided that the items are in stock. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are calculated in business days and may be affected by local or national holidays.
Additionally, if you choose bank transfer as your payment method, the order will not be shipped until we have confirmation of payment from the bank.
