JEANSTRACK guarantees that your order is handed to the carrier the same day for all orders placed Monday to Friday before 13:00 (Spanish time), provided the items are in stock. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are counted in working days and may be affected by local or national holidays.
Also, if you choose bank transfer as your payment method, the order will not be shipped until we receive payment confirmation from the bank.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday at 13:00, except public holidays.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, VAT (21%) does not apply, but customs duties do. Jeanstrack covers the export customs declaration, and the customer covers the import customs declaration.
We cannot determine the exact amount of the taxes, as they depend on the tax system such as the IGIC and Canary customs.
As a guide (non-binding), fees usually range between €25 and €50, plus the corresponding IGIC percentage.
